BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN.

The terms and conditions ("Terms") apply exclusively to your access and use of the CrazyLex app owned by Crazy Solution jointly with website www.crazylex.com (the "Site"), together with any other agreement and guidelines posted on the app. Any use without the prior written consent of the brand name and all the contents of the app Mobile CrazyLex is strictly prohibited.

CrazyLex reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions or the guidelines of the Site at any time at its sole discretion.
Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately after posting revisions on the appropriate page, you may want to periodically review the terms.

The CrazyLex award are directly controlled by Crazy Solutions LLC.
Apple is not a sponsor nor is in any way involved in the allocation of awards, in the management of them and is not involved with the CrazyLex app in any way.

Utilization
The CrazyLex app is available ONLY for residents of EUROPE & USA. Users are reminded that if they win with an address of residence outside these continents, the prize will not be sent!

License and Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the app and all content within it, including, without limitation, the logo of CrazyLex and all designs, text, graphics, images, data, software, sound files, other multimedia files (collectively, the "Site Materials") are the personal property of Crazy Solutions, LLC as the owner of the CrazyLex brand and are protected by laws on copyright and intellectual property. Every other image is not directly attributable to the app of their respective brands and companies.

Policy on violations of Terms
CrazyLex and its property may at its sole discretion limit access to the app and the website and / or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of CrazyLex or other parties related to the Site or will be violated if the following rules for participation:
1. It is absolutely forbidden to use external programs to modify or alter the operation of the app itself, to benefit in some way while using the app itself.
2. It is prohibited too use any form of manipulation to alter the terms of the game.

Terms of Shipping
The company Crazy Solutions, LLC as the owner of the CrazyLex app will manage and ship winning prizes and products , in particular only after ascertaining the correctness of the winner, and will provide details of the 'User’ to other companies, such as Amazon and others, that will take care of shipping on its behalf.
We remind users that participation and use of the CrazyLex app is completely free, both for winning products and receiving prizes. You will never be requested for money during the use of the app, or charged for the delivery of a product or prize won at a later date.
Customs charges may apply with some countries and some products. CrazyLex is not liable for any customs costs, so please inform yourselves first of these costs at your relevant government website.
Prizes or winning products will be sent within 30 days maximum from the date of the winning unless a particular severe case hinders the delivery (Ex. Discontinued product), in this case the user will notified immediately and a replacement product of the same type and with an equivalent value can be sent by mutual agreement.
- The products bear the caption "E-mail delivery only" will be directly send to the winner e-mail address.
- For every other product, please check the Info detailed description, to see in wich Countries we can ensure the shipping (usually U.S.A and Europe).
CrazySolutions LLC can't guarantee shippings outside the reported Countries.
We reccomend to play only for prizes where shipping is in your Country.

Tournament
At the beginning of each month the "Tournament" will commence and will award at the end of said month 3 product prizes to the winners, Amazon Gift Card to the next 7 winners, and CLP to other winners up to number 100. The prizes or products are indicated in the tournament section of the app and can be viewed by clicking on the “button”. In the tournament the user does not have to guess any random value (as in the case of the products at stake) but automatically wins the prize based on its position at the end of the month. The shipment of these products are subject to the same rules and deadlines stated, in the terms of shipping.

Registration; Data for registration; Account Security
In order to participate in the app and be assigned a product to win, the user must be a registered user, you should create an account, and meet all other criteria in this document and in the documents linked to it.
Beyond the requirements stipulated in the Terms you agree to:
• provide accurate, current and complete information that will be required during registration
• protect your password and identification data;
• maintain and promptly update the data and any other information you provide; You further agree to be over 13 years of age.

Policy extraction
By registering you agree to participate in the draw of the random numbers assigned to each award, between 0.00 and 999.99. These random numbers will determine the winner, also you will be aware that the generation of this value is completely random and is assigned to the app using specific random algorithm.
